Eggs benedict

Poached eggs for the first time & made hollandaise sauce today. Didn't take many pics because the kitchen was VERY hectic haha. I used these recipes/references: poached eggs // hollandaise recipe

My hollandaise broke because I made 2 big mistakes - tried to blend it in my food processor - then when that didn't work just used my immersion blender - but in a way too big pot. Needed to get the blade in the liquid better so I should have used a smaller pot. Either way - came out good ! And was great on the biscuits I made yesterday. The poached eggs came out perfect with that guide link above though. Ima start poaching more often ! So easy & tasty. Made some taters too.
